A highly visible upgrade to the Radnor facilities placed the Penn Medicine brand front and center in this affluent community. We launched a high-visibility campaign to set consumer expectations and an internal campaign to help employees deliver.

The all-new Penn Medicine Radnor is a health center designed from the ground up. In this campaign, we make use of architectural blueprints married to emotional portraits to convey the idea that this is an entirely new kind of health care built around a single person: the patient.
